Publication Charges

The Journal of Intelligent Computing and Connected Systems (JICCS) follows a transparent publication charge policy for accepted manuscripts.

Article Processing Charge

Article Processing Charge (APC): ₹1,000 per accepted article

A publication charge of ₹1,000 is applicable to each manuscript that has been accepted for publication in JICCS.

The charge is intended to support the administrative, editorial, production, and publication activities associated with processing and publishing accepted articles.

Important Information

  • The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
  • Submission of a manuscript does not require payment of the publication charge.
  • Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review outcome.
  • All manuscripts are subject to the journal's applicable editorial and peer-review procedures.
  • The publication charge applies per accepted article, regardless of the number of authors.
  • Authors should not make any payment before receiving an official publication-charge notification from the journal.

The publication charge may support:

  • Editorial and administrative processing
  • Manuscript production and formatting
  • Online publication
  • Maintenance of the journal's publishing platform
  • Long-term management of published content

Refund Policy

Once an article has been accepted and the publication process has commenced, the APC is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved by the journal according to its applicable policies.

Waiver or Discount

At present, JICCS does not provide a general waiver or discount policy for the publication charge.

Any future waiver or discount policy will be clearly communicated on the journal website.

Transparency

JICCS is committed to maintaining transparency in its publication charges. Authors should rely only on the official JICCS website and official journal communications for information regarding publication fees.
