Before submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Intelligent Computing and Connected Systems (JICCS), authors should carefully review the following checklist. Completing these requirements helps ensure that the submission is complete and can proceed efficiently through the editorial process.
1. Manuscript Requirements

☐ The manuscript is not currently under consideration by another journal or publication.
☐ The manuscript follows the recommended structure and preparation requirements of JICCS.
☐ The manuscript is written in clear and understandable English.
☐ The title accurately reflects the content of the manuscript.
☐ An appropriate abstract is included.
☐ 4–8 relevant keywords are provided.
2. Author Information
☐ Full names of all authors are provided.
☐ Institutional affiliations are provided for all authors.
☐ Author email addresses are provided where required.
☐ The corresponding author is clearly identified.
☐ ORCID iDs are provided where available.
☐ All listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
3. Figures and Tables
☐ All figures are numbered consecutively.
☐ All tables are numbered consecutively.
☐ Figures and tables have appropriate titles or captions.
☐ All figures and tables are referenced in the manuscript.
☐ Figures and tables are clear and readable.
☐ The information presented in figures and tables is accurate.
4. References
☐ All sources cited in the manuscript are included in the reference list.
☐ All references in the reference list are cited in the manuscript.
☐ References are accurate and complete.
☐ The references follow the journal's required citation and formatting style.
5. Ethical and Publication Requirements
☐ The manuscript does not contain plagiarized or improperly reproduced material.
☐ Appropriate permission has been obtained for copyrighted material, where applicable.
☐ Any conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
☐ Funding information has been provided where applicable.
☐ Ethical approval information has been provided where applicable.
☐ Data availability information has been provided where applicable.
☐ Any relevant acknowledgements have been included.
6. AI-Assisted Tools
☐ The use of generative AI or other AI-assisted tools has been disclosed where required by the journal's policies.
